If you don’t own the game yet, you may want to purchase it soon, as the price will be increased this Spring (though obviously, you will be able to purchase the standalone campaigns, if you prefer). If you already own the base game, no need to worry: it will automatically get “upgraded” to the Treasure Trove edition, and you will still keep on receiving all the planned free campaigns and features via updates. Yacht Club Games decided to allow for each campaign to become purchasable separately in order to “provide better entry points for different types of players”. Unfortunately, the Nintendo 3DS version of the game will not get this mode
